We had used Academy in the past to replace a lift cable that had worn and snapped. They did a great job and Joe, well he was the best. Recently we had one of the springs go and so the door was inoperable. Called Academy and spoke to Joe. He came out a couple days later at a time we knew we could be home.

He not only replaced the springs which were undersized . He lubricated everything, replaced a faulty bearing and even replaced the blown out bulbs in garage door opener.

Great work by a great guy. The price was as quoted and less than competitors we had spoken with.

We will call no one else in future.
